How to subscribe after free trial is over?
 
After submission of 20 tickets or 30 days period expiration the free trial is over. The HelpDesk system will automatically suspend access to certain operator features. You will be asked to purchase operator license(s) in order to continue use your customer service site. There will be no interruption to customer side operations, both Service Request Submission Form and Frequently Asked Questions List will operate as usual.

Please note that you will need to login as HelpDesk administrator in order to order license(s) and provide billing info. If you wish to avoid possible interruptions in service due to free trial expiration, you can force the expiration immediately. All you need to do is to submit additional service requests to increase total amount of tickets in your system over 21.
